Research Interest
Dr. Tolcher’s research interests include the Phase I and clinical pharmacology clinical trials for the development of new anticancer agents as well as molecular genetic targets for cancer therapy.
Other Information
Dr. Tolcher played a significant role in the founding of the San Antonio 1000 Cancer Genome Project, which was established to accelerate the development of a cure for cancer by conducting whole genome sequencing of cancerous and normal tissues. Dr. Tolcher has written many publications and is a reviewer for several peer-reviewed publications.
