Education
Dr. Salinas received his M.D. degree from Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon, Monterrey, Mexico, in 1972. He completed a rotating internship at Memorial Medical Center, Corpus Christi, Texas, in 1974. In 1977, he completed a specialty rotating residency at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, New York, New York, and a fellowship in radiation oncology/radiotherapy at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, Texas, in 1979.
