Vivek S. Kavadi, M.D.

Education
Medical Degree in 1988 from Harvard Medical School where he received honors in radiation therapy, surgery, psychiatry, ophthalmology, medical oncology, and pediatrics; graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rice University in 1984 where he was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa National Honorary Society, was a national merit scholar and received several scholarships for high academic standing; transitional internship at Baylor College of Medicine 1988-1989; residency in radiation oncology at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center 1989-1993 where he was chief resident.

Research Interest
Dr. Kavadi has a clinical interest in prostate and breast cancer.

Other Information
Dr. Kavadi is married with three children. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing golf, tennis and volleybal.
